Description
We've noticed some consistent psql errors during our e2e tests, example: https://redhat.atlassian.net/browse/ROX-33852
These changes update the OpenShift CI scripts with changes that have been made to stackrox/stackrox over the years. The biggest value add is the ssd storage class when provisioning gke clusters.
